Pooja Rao

Pooja Rao is an invertebrate zoology instructor at a community college, where she maintains a teaching spider collection. Her focus is spider and scorpion biology. Rao, who grows hot peppers to craft small-batch hot sauce, received an MS from the University of Miami and a BS from the University of Oklahoma, following work as an adjunct instructor and laboratory technician.
