At an independent birth center, Norma Mendoza, CNM, RN, cares for clients throughout pregnancy, labor, and the early weeks after birth. She worked as a hospital labor nurse before completing her master’s in nurse-midwifery at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Across 13 years in maternal care, Mendoza has guided families through prenatal checkups and deliveries.
