Lamont Steele

A row-crop farmer and certified crop adviser, Lamont Steele manages his family’s fourth-generation acreage, raising corn and soybeans with a focus on soil conservation. In his personal time, Steele, who lives in Kailua, Hawaii, scours regional estate sales for rare 78 rpm jazz records to add to his growing archive.
