Gregory J. Dyer, DNP, AGACNP-BC, manages postoperative cardiac surgical patients in an intensive care unit in Berkeley, California. He worked as an intensive care respiratory therapist before completing his BSN at Eastern Kentucky University and his doctoral training at Western Kentucky University. In addition to teaching physiology to allied health students, Dyer contributes to Biology Insights.
