Abigail Brooks, PA-C, is an emergency medicine physician assistant at a regional hospital. She assesses acute traumatic injuries, respiratory emergencies, and sudden cardiovascular events in the emergency room. Before finishing her MMS degree, she worked as a critical care paramedic on ground transport units. Brooks continues to instruct paramedic students during clinical rotations in emergency airway management and acute resuscitation.
