A clinical child psychologist at a developmental assessment center, Shelby P. Curry conducts diagnostic evaluations and provides parent coaching for families of young children. She spent her early post-doctoral training in pediatric hospital settings, where she conducted developmental research alongside her clinical rounds. Curry received a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Davis and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Oregon. In her clinical practice, she evaluates early behavioral markers of autism.
