Hao Li is a market gardener who produces heirloom tomatoes at a family farm in Brattleboro, Vermont. He cultivates more than a hundred tomato varieties each season, supplying restaurant chefs and town market stalls with specialty produce. Li manages the greenhouse seedling propagation, vine trellising, and soil conditioning across the property. His agricultural routine centers on maintaining antique open-pollinated cultivars suited to the short northern growing season.
