Emeka Thatcher, MD, is a child and adolescent psychiatrist who evaluates young patients with developmental and behavioral conditions at a children’s hospital outpatient department in Provincetown, Massachusetts. He finished a pediatric psychiatry fellowship after medical school at Brown University and undergraduate studies at Michigan State University. He spent time on a hospital consultation service providing acute evaluations. He writes on youth mental health for Biology Insights. Thatcher works with families to support neurodivergent youth in community settings.
