Colin Howard is a staff naturalist at a state park in Greenwich, Connecticut. During the warm months, he runs evening programs centered on local fireflies and periodic cicadas, leading visitors along park trails after dusk. He took seasonal jobs coordinating campfire programs for public parks before settling into his year-round position. Howard studied at the University of Michigan, graduating with a BS in Environmental Science.
