Alan Saleh is a senior research fellow at an academic immunology institute, based in St Ives, UK. He directs a laboratory programme that uses flow cytometry and mouse models to investigate innate immune signalling and inflammasomes. As a postdoctoral fellow in academic laboratories, he studied signalling pathways before establishing his current projects. Saleh received a BSc in Biology followed by a PhD in Immunology. His bench work involves profiling immune cell markers across experimental inflammation models, observing how cellular subpopulations alter receptor expression during tissue responses.
