The title applies to someone who actively applies the principles of yoga to their life, recognizing it as a practice involving the mind, body, and spirit. This training typically involves completing a minimum of a 200-hour program, covering subjects such as human anatomy, teaching methodology, sequencing, and philosophical texts.
