Regular, vigorous exercise, such as running, cycling, or aerobics, is beneficial for Kapha types, as it generates heat and promotes circulation. It is recommended to avoid daytime naps, as this habit increases the heaviness and dullness associated with the Dosha. Seeking warmth and avoiding cold, damp environments also helps keep Kapha pacified. Establishing a dynamic and varied daily routine, rather than clinging to fixed habits, helps prevent mental and emotional stagnation.
