In their natural environment, gorillas demonstrate this strength by uprooting small trees, bending thick bamboo stalks, and carrying heavy loads. These actions highlight their power, though they are not equivalent to a controlled weightlifting scenario.

A gorilla’s strength stems from specific biological traits, including muscle composition, bone structure, and anatomical adaptations.
