The Himalayan blue sheep, scientifically known as Pseudois nayaur and often called bharal, is a unique caprid native to Central Asia’s rugged mountain ranges. This distinct wild goat-antelope thrives in high-altitude environments, adapting to extreme conditions across the vast Himalayan region.

Physical Characteristics and Habitat

The Himalayan blue sheep possesses distinctive physical attributes that aid its survival in harsh mountain environments.
