Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART), especially In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), are effective when fallopian tubes are blocked. In IVF, eggs are retrieved from ovaries and fertilized with sperm in a lab. Resulting embryos are transferred into the uterus, bypassing the fallopian tubes. This approach is often recommended for bilateral tubal blockages or unsuccessful surgical repairs, offering good pregnancy rates.
