Popcorn, in its simplest form, is a whole grain that offers a satisfying, high-volume snack. However, common additions like fats, sodium, and certain chemical compounds can quickly transform this healthy whole grain into a dietary liability. Integrating popcorn daily requires strict control over how it is popped and what ingredients are added after preparation.
